Promsvyazbank to buy back $110 mln of 2019 Eurobonds

MOSCOW, Jun 22 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Promsvyazbank will buy back U.S. $109.876 million of Eurobonds maturing in 2019, the bank said in a statement Friday.

Earlier in June, the bank announced an offer to buy back the 2019 Eurobonds at $970 per security.

After the buyback, $78.527 million of Eurobonds will remain in circulation.

Promsvyazbank placed the $250 million issue of 3-year Eurobonds in 2016 through PSB Finance.
